The End Was Ten Minutes Ago

 We are coming to an anniversary that will bring more pain and hatred since the truth was never reported to the people. However, the people have never demanded the truth from its government.
We have a new political party disguised as a former fairly respectable party until it began its metamorphose in the 1980s to the fascist party it is now. We have had decades of substandard education to create the population of ignorant, superstitious buffoons that now infest the fascist party and huge pockets of citizens this country. It was done in plain sight and everyone knew it was happening…. yet the other party chose to ignore it since they took up the ideals of the party that left theirs behind…. Those ideals were not that good either.
The USA is no longer at the crossroads of destruction but well down the path of oblivion. There is nothing that can change this juggernaut crushing the spirit of those who were missed in the wholesale brain washing propaganda. A few will fight this crush but in the end if changes do not come from the top there will be no peasant uprising. We are literally a sick nation, nay we are a sick world since the illness we face is in every country of the world.
This anniversary will be marked by me by not marking it as anything but the time this nation forever left the path of humanity and chose to be the monsters…. we took many willing nations along with us…. The  world has hit the wall of progress and it is now brain damaged. The leaders of countries once powerful and competent are now brain damaged to the point they are mad. These people are driving the bus we are all on and they have hit the rails and plunge over the cliff into the abyss. We just have not realized we are all dead.

We need to start NOW

Going back to old normal is the worse thing we can do…It was that old normal that got us into this pandemic.It was the old normal that made it so millions of people are superfine from the stay at home and be safe rules that are done to keep us from getting this plague.

The blatant theft and pillaging from the public coffers is the cause of 90% of our suffering here in the US. We have people who have multi billions of dollars and are building edifices  to their greed and still begrudging those who made their billions living wages!. They are worth BILLIONS of dollars and small businesses that only wanted about $100,000 got NOTHNING

The old normal is corrupt and was not working for the majority of the people here in the US.

To go back to that is stupid and suicide.

We must have universal health care NOW. The AMA and Insurance Companies can go to hell with their lobbying against this and people who scream Socialism are ignorant buffoons who should not be counted as thinking adults.

We need to tax the ultra wealthy…no one needs a billion dollars and not one person “earned” that much money…they took  by making their workers poor and making them suffer. And if you give my that line well no one made them work there then you are too ignorant to enter this adult discussion. 90% of One Billion dollars is $900,000,000 that will leave some one with one billion dollars after the taxes  still $100,000,000…..one hundred million dollars to live on and if they can live on that  then they need to cut back on lattes for a while.

We have no need for the biggest drain on the country- The Military - with its black hole of spending. Let the diplomats, and not those yahoos who paid to be an ambassador, work with and through the United Nations to stop the wars. There is no reason but greed, and mental illness of those who lust for powers to ave wars. We do not need to have a military presence in every corner of the world.  

A new order of commerce, education and living needs to be the focus of the New Order….a kinder and gentler world order….by having a Universal Basic Income people can live in the small towns and villages and work from home or here’s a thought do the art they love, or doing the things that are needed in every community but does not make enough income for all ones expenses. 4.a….we need to go back to the basics reasons for education to read and write, to learn literature, history, science and maths….social skills, homemaking skills, all the “innovative” educational crap has failed in the past 25 years. The purpose of education is to learn about the world we live in and see where we want to contribute to the advancement of that world ….Where do we come from how we got this far and where are we going to?

The idea of citizens being consumers is the crux of the problem we are stupid to believe we need more stuff…..advertisers just want to sell things. They do not have your best interests in mind just their bottom line and that is wrong. If we educate ourselves we can spot the scam of this consumerism plague.

All politicians need to change their attitude from stealing and getting as much out of the public monies as they can to one of Public Service…at one time far in the past people ran for elected posts to HELP and Make changes for the betterment of all the people. It was called Public Service to be in service to the people all the people.

If you are a racist and xenophobe then you need to get mental health care ASAP. When Universal Health Care happens ( and it can with in a year from the start) you can get the help you need to not be so filled with hate. We are all one species and the color & other outer attributes are surface and have nothing to do with anything …it is truly your problem but then you become active in your mental illness of hate and feel the need to hurt others…it is a sickness that needs treatment.

Old normal got us here to the Pandemic….the cult of wealth hoarding is more virulent than Covid-19. The cult of malignant power lust got us here…not the virus the virus is the result of the misuse of power, the blatant greed of the elected peoples in this country.

Do not begrudge others the life you want for yourselves ….this is the simple rule…..want for others what you want for you…..Once you are mentally well you will see this…

No more OLD normal

Should we take the attitude that people die all the time and just go back to the life as we did before? Or should we demand universal health care and responsive government first? Who runs this country? The banks? The rich bastards? the people like trump? NO it is the day to day people now working as essential people...We have been cuckold by both parties who are afraid to lose big money for their careers at the public trough, who steal from the public treasury, they have not one shred of respect for the people who they are suppose to be working for. Never go back to normal! Demand that we count FIRST not the Banks, BIG business, the parasitic billionaires, not Wall Street, no the military industrial complex and we need to destroy the medical industrial complex. Now is the Time

We all have this wonder of wonders of the Internet. Anyone who is paying attention to what is NOT being done here in the US needs to start from home now to demand change in this government now. We need the basics of life in this country.  Trump and the republicans have taken everything away from us for their greed, for their mental illness of hoarding money while millions go with out the basic necessities living! Even serfs and peasant had a hovel to call home.  Many of us have only the streets like some third world despotic dictatorship.
Bezos of Amazon just FIRED people for wanting safer working conditions in this horrific pandemic HE FIRED THEM for the audacity to unionize for better working conditions and decent pay! Bezos can pay for all their demands from his checking account and not miss the money!
Trump refused to consider Covid-19 as anything thing important in December 2019! He keeps vital necessities away from states that he does not like! He knew about this disaster before he turned it into some money making event for his cronies....Elected Republicans MADE money off the death and suffering of Americans when they crashed the stock markets getting out and making millions of dollars.
Now to the Elected Democrats..where the hell are you? Why do you not see the vital need for universal health care? Why are you not raking the the Elected republican over the coals for their helping create this disaster for the American people? Where there hell are all of you?
It is obvious this country needs fundamental change, the same change Franklin Delano Roosevelt sought to bring about for the people! He did wonders bringing the US into the modern age of compassion and YOU dropped the ball!
Americans, we need to demand the MEDIA speak out when trump LIES when he speaks like an idiot and a no nothing blowhard .... he is no leader,  he is a shame on our country. His followers are sick and need intervention.

During this crises of Covid-19, during this time when the Federal Government let us down and has denied us care, help, and solace we need to act now for our own betterment.

We have for far too long been complacent with the claptrap babble of politicians that are voted in that have no intentions of looking out for our well being. Not one corporation that moved to China or Mexico or any other country out of the USA did so for our benefit. They moved overseas for their profits. They left us twisting in the wind with stagnant and declining wages, Usurious interest rates, inflated real-estate prices, rents to the point that a working person is homeless! They destroyed the ability of the regular person to be able to afford a house or the rent for an apartment.  The entertainment industry kept pushing in our faces the lives of the obscenely rich to emulate and like brainless zombies most of the Americans bought into the lie.  

Now in this C-19 crises we see who are the important people in this country. And Everyone working their asses off for the benefit of the rest of us are still paid crap wages, have no paid sick leave no retirement plans, no healthcare.

Yet all the politicians are millionaires or even BILLIONAIRES. 

The party in power( Republicans) are the base line blame for the state of this Country. The Republican fake trickle down economics from Reagan on to the the current regime that wants to deny you your very life for the bottom line of their corporate friends while still begrudging you some pennies to pay the rent or buy food while in lock down, have no concern for your life or your family’s lives. You do not matter only their profit. Only  obscene greed is the mantra of the POTUS and every other elected republican. The Democrats since Carter are not much better either but they do not have the power NOW! 

Will these corporate megaliths reward your work with better living wages after this crises is over? NO, they will go back to their orgy and wallow in the blood of the workers while they build another mansion with 50 bathrooms.

These corporations have sent millions of jobs overseas leaving us with few choices to work. They parsimonious attitude leaves most of us full time workers qualifying for public assistance. Their greed leave even more of us with out full time work and living hand to mouth.

We do not need to storm their castles with pitch forks, We simple need to STOP working. Let the management do the work.

There is NO health care here in the US. The rich can see the doctor the rest of us just die.
Universal Health Care is a right in these civilized times. We pay out trillions of dollars to corporations so their CEOs can become billionaires. We Bail out poorly run companies and Wall Street as if they contribute to the well being of the We the People.

FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE

This plague we are all enduring is the perfect time to fundamentally change the way things are done in the USA and overthrow the republican dictatorship that has led to the failure of the is country.

Millions of people are home and millions are now on the internet it is time to start disseminating information to rally people for fundamental change.

1. Universal Health Care
2. Universal Basic Income
3. Low to no cost college education
4. Bring the housing market out of the stratosphere and into pre greed prices and costs.
5. No homeless people…there are millions of empty buildings/hotels/malls that can be converted into places people can live nicely in every city in the USA.
6. Remote working. This can open the possibilities of small struggling villages and towns across the US to people who can work from home, and still have the ambience of a small town and in a climate of their choosing.
7. Get ALL the religion out of the government. You have specific beliefs? Fine just no more forcing others to adhere to them through government edict and laws.
8. Wear what ever religious garb and jewelry  you want it is nobody’s business…just stay clean.
9. All utilities need to be publicly owned and no one should ever not have electricity, CLEAN water, or heating or cooling problems. Subsidize until it is included in housing.
10. Public transportation in every city to get anywhere in the metro area with ease and safety.

Failed Nation: The United States of America

It is a long time coming but we have arrived at the Failed United States of America. I have warned for years this time would come and it is here.

No part to the federal government is functioning. Not one agency, department, division is functioning…. Flailing about yes but not doing their job for the PEOPLE whom they work for. From the President on over to the Senate and Supreme Court not one area of the government is functioning.

There needs to be fundamental changes and this regime will not even tender one idea let alone care to fix the broken united States of America. We have been over run by traitors in the Senate, The President and Vice President, Every sycophant and relatives the president has as advisors are so inadequate for the fast they have that it boggles the mind of a thinking human being. The Fifth Estate of the News Media….have let us down a decade or more ago…they are tabloid, yellow journalism, propaganda outlets.

This international pandemic is the straw that broke the back of this country, This pandemic has revealed the non-functioning government in the cold light. 

The Federal government only serves the rich, the billionaires and the rest of us are not ever accorded serfdom under their regime.

I can list what needs to happen. It is revolution and it can be quiet and effective. However not enough Americans care that this nation is failed.

The only thing that seems to be functioning are the individual states and those states with non republican created agencies are doing better than the others. 

The greedy hoarders are not the panicked populace in wake of Covid-19 but the billionaires, the wealthy…they are the root cause of our failure. 

And no amount of wishful thinking that  your ship come in, your lotto ticket wins, you will hit it big will make you anything but a peasant, a serf, and indentured servant….. How long has it been that I have not worn earrings? Seems like I never  worn them  but…. few people even see that I have no ears to even comment. I was wearing scarves well. No one cared about hajibs or tichels, or if a woman covered her hair or not it just did not matter anymore. I wore mine to cover where my ears once were.

During one of the unsettled times where people were deciding if dying would be an easier plan than living in the ever tightening noose of the dictatorship, the more times of hunger, the times of sickness with no medical….especially the older folks, those who were into retirement for a few years were growing desperate and very unsettled in the harder times and the view into the future of even harder times.  Perry’s aunt and uncle were like that. Growing more uneasy at what what beyond their control, more careless in their habits of not turning off the stove, of putting the iron on and not ironing, little things like that to indicate that death would be easier now. 

One day they came home with a box of fireworks. Not just a small one but it looked like enough to have a block party. They set them in the kitchen. When Perry and I were over for a visit I noticed them and mentioned it. 

“we are going to blow the house up” said Aunt Vera as she sipped her tea and nibbled a cake.

“yes” added Uncle Don “we do not want the government to get the house or our belongings so we thought that blowing up the house would be the best solution.”

I nearly choked on my cake and started coughing looking at Perry. His face was stoic to say the least as if he did not hear or understand.

“We want you to come with us. dear.” Aunt Vera smiled her sweet smile. She was a thin woman as was Uncle Don, her face sharp, angular she did not look the motherly type but was always a kind women since I met her a few years ago when I began dating Perry.  

“I am going to help them do it up proper and I will need your help” Perry finally spoke and I was flabbergasted at what I heard.

My head started spinning and there was a screaming in my head…i carefully looked at the others and was relieved that it was in my head and I was not actually screaming…..

“OK” I managed to say not meaning OK but trying to buy some time to think of anything through the screaming in my head that would not stop. The spinning just got worse.

“Great” Perry jumped up and dragged me to the bathroom where the in-wall gas heater was. He showed me a box of squeeze bottles and told me they were filled with gell fire started. I was to squirt it all over the bath room and do the same in the bedroom. He would be in the kitchen and Vera and Don would be in the living-room since they had more drugs and could no longer get up. 

“do you need more tea?” he asked so gently …it seemed to be so out of place to hear his voice so full of love.

“I mean you only drank half a cup and one cake” 

I looked at him and squeaked out 

“No I am fine, really quite prepared” My head was into every part of my memory on how to escape and get the hell out.

“go do what you need to to do I will handle this”

The heaters open flame was burning blue and I began squeezing the gel bottles like I was decorating a cake. Once I had finished the bathroom I went into the bedroom and did the same. I opened the window over the bed and knew I needed to climb out that high window.

 I heard Perry begin lighting the stove in the kitchen that apartment was so silent the ticktickticktick of the igniter of the stove echoed in that tiny place like it was a music hall.

I heard and felt a strong boom like a sonic boom, then saw a flash through the window as I was sucked out, then a feeble laugh from the drugged old ones. 

The explosion was deafening. 

No memories of anything have survived until I was in an emergency tent clinic on a cot waking up. I could hear sirens, smell smoke a great panic arose in me and the medic calmed me saying I was safe.

“wha….wha….. happened?” I croaked out my throat was raw. I noticed my eyes stung, my head hurt, particularly the sides of my head hurt, I reached up and there were bandages …

“There was an explosion and fire in this complex” the medic told me, “ you have been unconscious for a few hours”.

“How big….” I could not manage anymore words.

“ We think a  full city block has been leveled by the explosion, the fire is still burning” She said while putting drops in my eyes.

“you were found singed and sitting at the bus stop watching the fire” She had a nice face. The civil services uniform was a soft green and suited her and calmed me knowing there was someone in charge; at least of me, I needed some one in charge of me.

I was in the clinic tent for several days. The city hospitals were over run with the wounded. Even though  I would need surgery it could wait and I did not need to fill a precious bed.

Once I was able, I began helping in the clinic. I had no where to go at the time and no way to get there. The city transportation was closed down while the ensuing fires were still moving across the city. After ten days of fire the city began to get a bit normal, the new normal of much less city and the pall of smoke settled in with the fog creating a new problem. 

I was folding blankets when I saw him…Perry!  I went over to him, then stopped. He was with a medic and being assisted to one of the ward beds. I asked later and was told he was blinded by the conflagration and had memory loss. Not surprising since many people had memory loss.

I went to the little lounge and saw the TV was on and the civil station was on with the news 

“After two weeks the satellite data has been recovered and it was a meteor that hit Port Center City. Many pieces of space debris have also been recovered  and It appears the meteor captured the circling space debris and hurled pieces through the atmosphere hitting many other cities on earth. However the impact from the meteor itself was on Port Center City.

It was so long ago that even the idea of a memory was forgotten, until a song from nearly fifty years ago showed up in my news feed….and it was nearly fifty years ago when I last heard the song. As I listened to it I thought I would never leave a man I loved that much…until….that memory climbed out of the the third level of forgotten hell. So many lives I have  lived since that last note faded off the radio. I was so many people during these nearly 50 years. I left her behind a life times ago and now she comes crashing back to remind me who I once was.  And yes I did leave him and I loved him so much I ached inside just hearing him sing. I followed him  to the end of the world and shivered in a cold water flat to be with him. We traveled and sang and just over the rainbow was the big times. Soon the time we would be discovered. Until then we played in dives or on the streets or at the wild parties of the decadent of those olden days; they always managed to stiff us or pawn off their drugs as payment.  You needed them more than I did. I remember now. After four years of this gypsy life of me waiting the tables at the places you sang, me not even singing or playing any more, but still you voice thrilled me and gave me that ache inside…four years ….is not that long a time when looking back… but I only remember it as me always being cold, always a bit hungry….you began to take gigs a bit farther away from where I was working and coming home to me. I went off with you one last time; although I did not know it was the last time….looking back?…. no not even looking through experience and through love clouded eyes did I think that was the last time I would be with you. Do I regret leaving? No. I was so lost for a long time after but I knew  I needed to survive and you would do your life with others and I did find out about the others before I left. That song was our life. And I did walk into the sunset with no idea what I would do or what I would become or even if I would live. I left with no idea of where I was going…. I only knew why. One song and I can wallow in a memory of someone else's life, it was not the me I became. The new old me is OK and you are such a faded memory that there is not color but I only remember the cold. Nice song. 

A Question to those who do not read this

I need to ask this question of “conservatives and republicans & obscenely rich people( includes you “TV Christian preachers” )….Why do you begrudge the people who are not wealthy any kind of nice life? Why are you so excited about killing people you do not know just to make money on your investments from your bombs and weapons stocks? Why do you need more than a few million dollars for your happiness? Why do you want all this money sweated  off the backs of the serf labor of others? What kind of thoughts go through your minds when you like to see starving people? Why do you get pleasure from seeing people needing to live in the streets while you have more houses and rooms than you will ever use? Why do you get so much satisfaction out of the color of your skin when it was just a random chance of birth? What is it to you that people pray or do not pray to the same deity you do? Why do you care if two adults love each other? Why is it that all you obscenely rich people are so perverted in ways that are just sick and so far off the bell curve of normal? Why are you so cheap and miserly about being kind and helping others with the tax money we pay and want to steal it for yourselves as if your billions of dollars are not enough? Just a fe questions I have never gotten the answer for…why are you so selfish? Why can you not want for others what you want for you all we serfs/peasants want is a home food clothes and meaningful work education for our children, clean water clean air, open spaces to see or just know they are there. We want the animals of the earth to live along with the human animals…why is that such a problem for you rich people? Why do you hate all of us and hate this planet we all live on?

The Choices are Three Only

I believe there has been a coup in the USA. The republican fascists have blatantly ignore the letter of the law as well as the spirit of the law. Trump can and does anything he wants like a dictator and his party are lock step behind him. He does everything with the full support of the republican party no matter what the future cost to country. The greed is appalling and sickening but that is what the republican voters like. They too are greedy and bigoted or they would not follow such an odious man and party. 

The US will never recover from the internal destruction done in the past three years….anyone with a brain can see it. Many of the cherished institutions of the US are being dismantled from inside by the traitors appointed by trump and approved by his party.

Now is the time for panic and action. Americans who are appalled need to do one of three things…prepare to leave for another country, rise up in real revolt, or simply STFU and live with the results. There are no other choices left now. 

The only people who want to rise up are the fascist followers who are as greedy and filled with hate as the party and trump….

Each state that has one of the traitors as their representative aka PUBLIC SERVANT need to leave the state or actively take these traitors out   elections are coming up and recalls can happen. NOW is the time for good people to stand up and say “No More” and do something instead of whine on line. If you are not willing to fight for this country then you must be ready to leave and live elsewhere or STFU.

I wanted a bowl from a potter who lives in Kentucky but since Mitch McConnel is the lead henchman of the destruction of the USA I cannot send my money to that business. I was told I am just hurting “innocent” people! No I am not hurting them; if they continue to live and accept what that traitor does to everyone in this country then they can  accept that they condone what Mitch does to all of us and feel as long as they are OK who cares about the rest of the country…..simple really. 

So all the good people who are appalled at this destruction of the US need to be active and there are only a few ways they can be active…. Protest in the streets, do recall petitions and be a loud voice of reason in the din of insanity, or leave the US for a better place, or STFU. Accept the coming changes which will only be getting worse and worse….but STFU. We have choices in this and revolution needs to come if we save what is left of the US. We have the means, until the republicans take them away, to do this through the law….

Many countries are more open to those who have skills and education and may accept us as asylum seekers since they can see this country being destroyed. We need to live abroad and feel safe or we need to be active…..or just STFU.

Sad tale of Fruit in the USA

I thought I was done with my food rants but the American Farming industry said hold my beer!

One of the few pleasures of summer is fruit. If I must put up with the bugs and heat then at least I can eat some watermelon or peaches or plums! But no. The Fruit growers rather make huge soft ball size peaches, baseball size plums, and seedless watermelons. Since selecting fruit is a real crap shoot and the best we can do is by scent and looks. Watermelons no longer have that assurance    of the ground spot and a thump.

I hate to throw out a half eaten peach but when it is mealy and mushing in the mouth and the flavor is nonexistent eating it is loathsome… the plums are huge and as tasteless maybe a pop of sour….texture again is mealy mush…..Now these are not cheap fruits, nearly $4 a pound, these are not in the bargain bin either -no store here would dream of cutting the price of an older batch of fruits.

No these fruits are new… bred to be beautiful, big, and easy to transport; however, they sacrifice flavor and texture. They only reason for a fruit is flavor and texture. My melon was a splurge at $5 for a smallish, foot ball size (soccer). The center was already mushy….I was so disappointed and that was the last melon I bought. I who used to gage summer by how many  melons I ate…. 

I know we are in the middle of nowhere and at the farthest reach of the east in the US…but still. I get nice flavorful fruits across the boarder in Canada from all over the world and from inside Canada. I just can’t bring them across the border.

Cherries and grapes seem to the the only fruit not hurt badly by the new and improved looks department. But the American food growing industry is a sorry state of capitalism greed…bigger is not better. Many people have no clue and do not care how poorly the fruit industry is now…yes they produce more, bigger, but hardly edible to a person who once judged fruit by taste. It has been a dismal summer and now I am hoping I can find decent apples ( also ruined by the corporate greed)

Just a muse

This week has been interesting. Hot weather began the week and today it is chilly and foggy… rains are sporadic. We have a new floor in the greenhouse room and the sides of the foundation of the windows are repaired. All we need to do is remover the 10000 nails in the walls and paint. Some of the glass needs caulk and some wood is not good but caulk should help with leaks. Q is of a mind to repair whenever possible and never takes the first “experts” advice to tear down and replace, since we have learned every other person here seems to cheat. We are always amazed at the lack of aesthetic taste in the people here (natives and people from “away”) to them new is better and to us a fixer upper is better especially if it has a view. To us view is everything….even when laid up after surgery or with some malady at least we can watch the sea, or nature depending on which window we are at. There are a few things here that will defy fixing since it is impossible to re-position the refrigerator anywhere in this open living room/kitchen space with out serious money mad changes. So it will stay in its corner, and after almost a year it is OK. We are on a tight budget since we have a fixed income. Since we have a house for sale that has not been sold…there is nothing wrong with it ….it is big, in a nice town and has some excellent views too….make an offer!….. we must keep up that house too…..OY.

The problem with us is finding people to work. No one is house handy in this little family. One problem is the rich summer people throw huge amounts of cash at the local workers and they jump like beggars to catch the money…leaving the locals who also need work in the lurch…..The fancy people from away seen nothing wrong with $100 an hour these local yokels suggest and then think why the locals can’t pay that much!? HA!…. Who makes a $100 a day here? No one.

We have a lovely park just 3 minutes drive from the house and we take out afternoon tea there to sit and watch the sail boats or the mysterious bigger ships cruise past. We have seen bald eagles, many crows, seagulls, and other birds. Most of the time no one else is there…..it is like our private park. I like the place where we live now…..it was a good change…easier for me to take care of. The other house was bigger but just did not match our lifestyle.  If anyone wants a nice Old New Englander house is good shape in a lovely little fishing port in Maine let me know……

A new level of Frustration

I have not Blogged since May.  There is a lot going on emotionally and I am so tired of dealing with bureaucracy, and people who say they work ( handyman, fixing stuff building repair types) but never show up or never finish the work…..those who know me know that Q went for spinal surgery two weeks ago today… we have had small heat wave, and stuff.

I am dead tired most of the time and frustrated at this state( the views are lovely the people are not. ) Do not even get me started on politics ….it is like every country has gone insane. What is so wrong with sharing the wealth and everyone living a nice life? Why do all the politicians seem to want us…we the peasants to be serfs, indentured servants, or dead? There is plenty to go around even with 8 billion people on earth but a few of those billions want everything for themselves…. greedy, grasping, uncaring people who have not one shred of compassion, empathy, of the milk of human kindness( ant that is not dairy milk to the dairy lobby who insists only cow milk is in the milk case so I need to roam around to the “health food” aisle for my soy milk Phooey on that lobby) Well Phooey on all the lobbies.

There is no reason for wars no a days except of the war monger’s profits…except for the insane who are running nearly every country and they want POWER over others like some sadistic overlord. The racists, are in full swing and the funny thing is all of them have nothing going for them but melanin content in their skin. Racists come in every color too don’t even get me started on that…having been done to by other “groups”….

I have nothing positive to say today it is all frustration, anxiety, and the need to cry my soul out but can not. Plus I banged my toe ( the one next to the pinkie toe). Words for to day Fa! OY! and Phooey! I really hope your day it better…

Spring Time

I have been thinking about these religious observances this spring. We have finished Lent and now going into Ramadan.

Both are similar since they ask to give up some pleasure as in Lent and to fast from daybreak to sunset in Ramadan. What is missing is the original intent of these two self denial religious observances ….

The whole idea of the fast and the giving up of a pleasure is to feel for those in continuous need. To realize your wealth in the face of poverty and to become closer to the ideal of god the merciful. Not just to feel…but to act to end the poverty.

However these have just become suffer- fests. Before Lent there is all manner of indulgences from eating all the rich foods in the house to rid the home of the temptations of eating well. To the crazed festivals of the Carnival …then the self denial for 40 days.

In Ramadan it is a suffer fest and then a food orgy before sunrise and and after sunrise…a few traditional foods are used to break the fast….however it is a time of cranky people and closed shops during the day and parties in the night time. Women are expected to cook these nightly feasts while fasting during the day….

The whole intent of both is to become aware and DO SOMETHING in the community, the town, the city, the country, the world to end the suffering of billions of people.

What kind of brownie points are you getting if you suffer a little and say “oh poor people really have it rough”  or some such and not actually do anything to end the world suffering?

The wealthiest countries have the power to end war, to end poverty, and make this world a paradise on earth. But there is no will among the leaders. They sit on their bags of money, fat, richly dressed, smug in their opulent living and have no thought that the people they are bombing is their brother and sister…. only that the bomb makers are getting more rich more fat in their hoarded wealth. The wealthy do not care about anything but their money.

These leaders are very clever since their subjects are ignorant and believe the lies they are told to justify keeping their people under heel, stupid, and compliant to the monstrous wishes of the depravity of their leaders…..

So the sham pious fast during Ramadan not knowing that they could feed 10 people a day rather than fast themselves…. for that is as worthy in the eye of god as their own suffering….To spend their wealth for the comfort of those less fortunate. It is a shame on the religious leaders to not insist on these better more noble actions…why ?…they too, are fat and powerful, full of their own importance.

The world’s leaders sit on their bags of money refusing to  spend on the welfare of the needy….who, by the way, are needy because of their caustic evil actions in the world…. The wealthy have created the abject poverty in the world while twisting scriptures to make the poor, victims of the wealthy’s greed, responsible for not working hard enough to become wealthy. Yet…. and Yet… few maybe a hand full ( like less than five of the worlds billionaires ( and kings, sultans, presidents, rulers)  may have ever known want, hunger, homelessness, and the poverty billions live in everyday.  My bet is they never knew a day of real want in their lives.

There are hundreds of scriptures from every holy book in the world that says be kind to the stranger, feed the hungry, clothe the naked…love thy neighbor…..Love Thy Neighbor….but the fault lies in the Leaders and the readers of these scriptures who mangle and twist them to agree to their lust…lust for power, lust for gold, lust for depravity …..They justify their hatred, their killing with scriptures. And so the religions created to bering people together now blow up neighborhoods, create refugees, and those who seek peace. Those who have nothing left after the wealthy, the predator class, have sucked their bones dry and murdered their way to the top of their bags of money are still being used by the predator class.

A camel can go through the eye of a needle easier than the rich man and woman can enter heaven. 

An idea

Losing Notre Dame is like losing the moon, it has always been there and has been there for every writer of literature, of music, we read, of painters, we see, we listen to today…out lasted every empire it saw…Je suis inconsolable

However I have a grand idea. That will work better than the current war mongers MIC.

I shall outline my idea here and it was inspired by a new friend.

Let all the Billionaires contribute Just One billion dollars each to the rebuilding on Norte Dame….

From that money create the glass works in places using solar power to make the glass.

There will jobs for 100 years for artists, historians, craftsmen( and women) stone workers and the related skills, the related services, the related food, housing etc.

Let each wealthy country regardless of religion contribute…..

Let the scientist design the needed air quality, water quality, the  living towns & villages that will be all over the world for the people to create the items needed for a full remake of this grand symbol of human accomplishment that was built by people with grander hearts and souls than we in 1100-1200AD….

There is too much of money hoarded by these overly wealthy men and women that if spread around( and corruption kept in check) can create a new era of humanity. 

Stop the war machines and create the worlds heritage that is being destroyed by our unchecked hubris.

There are many tributes of mankind’s creative endeavors that need serious restoration now or be lost forever to the decay of the soul of human beings …..Venice, The Taj Mahal come to mind….if we look there are hundreds of areas all over the world endangered of being lost to all of us forever.

Are we not all the same specie? Have we grown so dull witted and closed minded that we rather destroy this earth and all that our species has created because someone thinks that owning 20 mansions means they can sleep in twenty beds in the same night?

Do not simply  put aside the artificial differences we created for use to make war-geld. But let us truly see we are one…we are like a rainbow from a prism… One Shard of Crystal that a beam of sunlight breaks into may colors…colors we, humans do not even see then all, but the others, our animal brethren see, even the flowers and insects see and product more colors than our puny human eye can see.

No one will live forever and many of you Billionaires are already elderly ….think you can take it with you…hahahaha.

 Have you gone so long with out your heart and soul that you wish your legacy to be greed and death? The possibilities are immense and this earth is all we have and You…old billionaires are going to die sooner than you think.

Refugee Part 3

Calling out the Bigots

I am frustrated today….I am angry at bigots, those prejudice people who seem to run all the businesses out there…( at least here) but Here is the same as every where else in the USA….no?

Since the republicans have been infesting the government for so long most people do not see the problem since it does not apply to them. I see it since it is happening every day to me and my husband….

My husband would like a part time job. He is fit and capable of working these jobs available here locally, but he is not being hired. He has passed the tests, jumped through the hoops but never hired. There is still a sign at Walmart saying it is hiring…just not hiring his kind….apparently.

At first we thought it was an age thing he is an older man…nope not an age thing half the people at the Walmart here is an old person. Then we thought that maybe because he can not stand for an hour at a time and must sit a bit? Nope many of the workers are allowed to sit and do their work there are disabled people all over working in the Walmart….so what else could it be? The only thing it could be is his name is Abdul, he is one of those mohammed dudes! you know those terrorists who have done all those school shootings lately…no wait those are white christian men, not mohammed dudes….

So the only conclusion I can reasonably come to is this - These people are bigots, prejudice, racist white people….

I am sorry to call this to your attention since I know few people care a fig about what happens to a mohammed dude. Lord know no one dropped a beat when we were being rounded up after 9/11….no one came to our aid when we disappeared after that midnight knock at the door….no one cared that we were American tax paying citizens either! So it was not about the money, was not about being an American citizen it was all about being a mohammed dude….and you what nothing has changed in the 18 years after 9/11…..so excuse me if I do not get all upset at your new problems…you all bought into the hysteria some time ago and have never let us forget it….
